Typical serving suggestion: 5g / 1 daily serving. Loading phase: 3-4 servings per day for 5-7 daysWe recommend 1 x 5g serving (1 scoop provided), of creatine monohydrate powder to 400-500ml of chilled water, or alternatively, your preferred fruit juice. Use a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds or stir for approximately 10-15 seconds.
Note: Always gauge approximately 100ml liquid per 1g creatine monohydrate. We advise assessing tolerance to Creatine before using in conjunction with products also containing Creatine.
