Creatine / Creapure® - Lean Muscle Growth for strength & endurance.
Blu Nutrition Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate is 100% pure and ultra fine, making it easily absorbed and ultra soluble. Combine with a protein shake or with water alone. Creatine Monohydrate is suggested to support lean muscle growth and promote strength and endurance.
Typical serving suggestion:
5g / 1 daily serving. Loading phase: 3-4 servings per day for 5-7 days We recommend 1 x 5g serving (1 scoop provided), of Creapure® creatine monohydrate powder to 400-500ml of chilled water, or alternatively, your preferred fruit juice. Use a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds or stir for approximately 10-15 seconds.
Note:
Always gauge approximately 100ml liquid per 1g creatine monohydrate. We advise assessing tolerance to Creatine before using in conjunction with products also containing Creatine.
This product is suitable for vegetarians. Contents sold by weight NOT volume. Settling may occur, shake with vigor whilst closed.
